Bridlewood Builders is a custom home building company with over 25
years hands-on experience in the design and construction of high quality, specialty
homes. Our projects include cedar and stone, post and beam, timber
frame, Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and other innovative and non-traditional structures.
We are members of the Home Builders Association of Harrisburg, PA. and the SIPA, the Structural Insulated Panel Association.
At Bridlewood, we are willing to tackle the most challenging of projects. When other builders back away from your design, give Bridlewood a call.
We build homes to fit many budgets. Our homes are designed to ensure a comfortable and healthy living environment and to minimize monthly energy costs. Most are built using leading-edge technology and green building techniques.
Our Goal: to ensure that your home is not only beautiful, but that it also meets your unique needs, is solid, energy-efficient, and the best value we can provide within your budget.

In the summer of 2011, the Structural Insulated Panel Association (SIPA) launched their new MASTER BUILDER Program to help homeowners and general contractors identify trained and reputable SIP installers. Bridlewood Builders was proud to be the first company in the country to be qualified under this new Program.
Because of our expertise and reputation for excellence, we have been selected to build homes from New York to Florida to Washington State and even in Alaska and Japan. Our customers know that we do not cut corners and from start through completion, each home will be built right.

AWARDS - Recently two of our SIPS homes received 2010 Pyramid Awards for:
• Custom Home of the Year, $500.000 - $1,000.000, and,
• Green Custom Home of the Year
At Bridlewood, we have a major difference in philosophy from most other contractors. While most builders have been focused on how to give the home owner as little as they can for the money, Bridlewood has taken the opposite approach. Our aim has always been to give the owner as much as we can for the money, and therefore to be the best value.
If you are a fan of the TV show "Holmes on Homes", then you will understand and appreciate how Bridlewood approaches each project. Mike Holmes attitude of DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, is the foundation for everything we do. We like to think of ourselves as the Holmes of Harrisburg!
